Determining the value of your treasure

Our clients have three questions on their mind when it comes to property investing:

We search the answers for you before you make a purchase and organise three independent written rental appraisals for you. 

These appraisals will also demonstrate the rental yields before and after any potential cosmetic renovations. 

If you plan on subdividing the property then we will also organise for our town planners to give a Preliminary Subdivision Purchase Analysis to determine the highest and best use of the property. This town planner will also liaise with the local council to see whether they are likely to grant permission for the addition of extra dwellings at the property, so you can make an informed investment decision.
